SUMMARY
Prosecution, defense counsel, and defendants met Judge Caffese in Department 21 at 850 Bryant Street, Hall of Justice in San Francisco at 11:00 AM. A trial schedule going through mid-July 2026 was discussed, accounting for judge and attorney schedules, and filed motions were acknowledged.

Jury Deliberation & Verdict
Jury Selection:
Plan is to call in 300 jury members, half of whom are likely to be let go due to various hardships.
The judge would like to swear in a panel of ~150 by May 8th.
Between May 11th and May 15th the jury is expected to answer the jury questionnaire and the defense and prosecution will go through the responses.
On May 18th jury voir dire will occur, the process in which the judge and attorneys question the jury to ensure an unbiased selection.
